2. Click “Unlock Account”

3. Enter Your Information
You’ll be asked to provide a few key pieces of information:

  • Your User ID

  • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
  • Your current password.

4. Complete the CAPTCHA
